Noctiluca is a jewelry collection by Elspeth Vance, a textile artist and jewelry designer. She holds a BFA in Fiber and Material Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. The jewelry is hand-sewn, one glass bead at a time from her studio in San Francisco, CA. Nitewerk designed an identity and print materials.
