Chicago’s Julius Caesar Gallery invited performance group Every house has a door, Lin Hixson, director, and Matthew Goulish, dramaturge, to collaborate with sculptor Ilie Paun Capriel. Scaled to the small size of Julius Caesar Gallery, this installation and 23-minute performance offered another generation of translation of Caesar’s bridge over the Rhine. Nitewerk collaborated with artist Alex Valentine to design and offset print posters and postcards.
